Strength Training

Strengthing & Condition training is crucial for our youth as it helps to improve their overall mental and physical performance while building confidence and mental toughness.

We are all about partnering with and supporting local businesses; especially ones that have the same organizational philosophy. Healthy Baller is amazing! Our athletes have enjoyed a tour and instruction by a former Each One Teach One player, and now mentor to others; along with allowing us to use their facilities for Strength Training workshops.
